Xena Rae Hernandez passed away on Friday, May 22, 2026, at UPMC Hamot.
She was born on March 5, 2026, the daughter of Rolando Hernandez and Malaysia Luper-Harris.
Xena was a very happy baby who started laughing at just 2 days old.
She is preceded in death by an aunt, Yolanda Singleteary and two brothers, Omar Hernandez and Alexander Hernandez.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her siblings, Zah’mayah, Sophia, Alexander and Rolando, Jr.; grandmothers, Aahphae Harris and Santa Pagan; her aunt, Zariah Gregory and three uncles, Jose, Orlando and Charlie Pagan; and Janet Gregory.
Friends may call at the Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services, Inc., 602 W. 10th Street, on Friday, June 5th from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 12:00 p.m.
