Wilma Christine Harris passed away suddenly on December 31, 2025, at her residence in Erie, Pennsylvania.
She was born on June 21, 1949, in Erie, to the late Glen D. Harris, and Hattie B. Allen- Harris.
Wilma attended Academy High School and Triangle Tech Institution. She was employed for many years at Rehrig Pacific Company, as a Machine Operator and a Forklift Driver and at Weil-McLain, as a Machine Operator and an Assembler. Growing up, Wilma loved playing basketball and performing in a variety of talent shows. Dancing and singing were her passion. She had a very big generous heart and was always eager to lend a helping hand. Wilma was a very brilliant and an amazing person.
Wilma loved all of her family unconditionally. She took pride and joy in helping to raise her grandchildren. Wilma leaves behind 2 daughters, Lisa Collins (Chris) and Rozlyn Vaçtor; 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Besides her parents she was proceeded in death by 3 sisters, Joan V. Crawford- Grayson, Janice Epps and Marlene A. Williams and 4 brothers, Eugene R. Harris, Kenneth P. Harris Sr., Glen A. Harris and Karl E. Harris.
She will be truly missed. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date and all family, and friends will be notified.
