Willie Boggan, age 94, passed away peacefully on December 16, 2025.

He was born on November 21, 1931, Willie proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean War. Following his military service, he dedicated over 39 years of faithful service to General Electric, where he was known for his strong work ethic and commitment.

Willie was married for 68 years to his late wife, Joanne Boggan, with whom he shared a lifetime of love, devotion, and partnership.

He is survived by his daughter Rosie Coleman; his sister Emmie (Cleo) Harris; four grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, and twenty-nine great-great-grandchildren; along with many loving nieces and nephews.

Willie was preceded in death by his wife Joanne Boggan and his siblings Lola Mae Boggan, Lula Mae Cross, Louise Grayson, Ralph Boggan, and Robert Boggan.

Willie had a deep passion for bowling and truly loved the game. He also enjoyed fishing, spending time with family, watching baseball, and tending to his garden. He was known as a calm and patient man.

Willie Boggan will be remembered for his kindness, the love he had for his family, and his deep passion and love for Jesus Christ, his Savior.

Friends are invited to call at Burton Quinn Scott Cremation & Funeral Services Inc. Downtown, 602 West 10th Street, on Saturday, December 20, 2025, from 11:00 A.M. until time of service at 12:00 P.M. officiated by Pastor Patrick Lyons. Burial in Lakeside Cemetery.

He will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of all who knew him.
