William Sterrett

My name is Tom, Bill, Willy (just by my siblings), Dad and Papa. I was born in Erie on August 13, 1950, to Betty Wadding Sterrett and the late Thomas Sterrett.

I didn’t care for my family to list every accomplishment from someone’s life. I never accomplished anything of note other than being a dad to four children, grandfather to five and two great grandchildren, big brother and marrying my understanding wife.

The truth, or my version of it is this: I just tried to do the best I could. Sometimes I succeeded, sometimes I failed. But I tried. I enjoyed life.

Thank you to all the people in my life that helped along the way. Those that loved me, laughed with me and taught me things so I could have a wonderful happy life that is what made my life worthwhile.
