Vincent Seery

Vincent “Red” Seery, age 87, of Erie, passed away Saturday, September 10, 2022 at Millcreek Community Hospital.

He was born in Zanesville, OH on July 11, 1935 son on the late Vincent C. and Ann Marie Janusz Seery.

He was a 1954 graduate of Strong Vincent High School. He had been a salesman for Ligget Myers Tobacco Company in New York, then with Bayuk Cigars Inc and retired from Bethlehem Steel after 26 years of service which including working on the Great Lakes. Following his retirement he cared for his mother for many years, who passed away in 2004. He was a long time member of the downtown YMCA.

He is survived by a few cousins and many friends.

Friends may call at the Burton Quinn Scott, Cremation and Funeral Services, West Ridge, 3801 West 26^th St. on Monday at 10am followed by burial in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
