Victor A. DeSantis, age 88, a resident of Erie passed away Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at the PA Soldiers and Sailors Home. He was born August 2, 1937, in Erie the son of the late James C. and Anna (Riazzi) DeSantis.
A lifelong resident of Erie, Victor had served with the US Army and was retired from the Public Works Engineering Department of the City of Erie. He was a former member of the Nuova Aurora club, the Knights of St. John, and the Sacred Heart Ushers club.
Besides his parents, Victor is preceded in death by two brothers, Frank DeSantis and Armand DeSantis.
He is survived by a brother, John DeSantis of Erie along with several nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to call at the Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services Inc, Downtown, 602 West 10th Street, Erie, on Sunday, September 14, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Further visiting Monday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. at Saint Paul R.C. Church, 1617 Walnut Street. Burial in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
