Timothy E. Deveney

Timothy E. Deveney, age 70, of Erie, passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at Pleasant Ridge Manor.

He was born in Erie on October 24, 1955, a son of the late William H. and Marion Sutter Deveney.

Tim worked as a security guard at St. Vincent for several years.

He enjoyed hunting and hockey and was a volunteer firefighter at Belle Valley and Brookside Fire Departments.

He is survived by a son, Jeff Deveney and his wife Chris; a granddaughter, Kaitie Deveney; two sisters, Becki Winkler and her husband Rusty and Janis Meister and her husband Dan and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services, Inc, Wintergreen 2532 Norcross Road on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 12:00 p.m. Burial to follow in Erie County Memorial Gardens.
