Susan Spencer

Susan C. Spencer, age 61, of Girard, passed away unexpectedly on December 25, 2015 at her residence.

She was born in Erie, on January 17, 1954 a daughter of the late John and Genieve Kahn Sartin.

Susan graduated from McDowell High School and was a loving mother and grandmother. Her family meant the world to her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Patty Sartin and a nephew, Joey Siegel.

Susan is survived by her two sons: Hershel Spencer and his wife, Amanda; Christopher Spencer; five grandchildren: William, Amara, Skylar, Maddalen and Kiara; three sisters: Maurince Clark, Joeanne Siegel and Peggy Razzman; and two borthers: James and Thomas Sartin. She is further survived by many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Burton Funeral Home, 525 Main Street East, in Girard, on Monday from 6-8pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
