Sharon Marie Mitulski Wenzel

Sharon Marie Mitulski Wenzel age 72 passed away on Wednesday July 9, 2025 at her home. She was born in Erie on July 28, 1952 to the late Anthony and Joan Armstrong Mitulski.

Sharon graduated from East High School and later was certified as a nurse’s aide. She worked as a quality control inspector in the plastic industry for over 30 years.

To know Sharon made you a part of her family. This is why so many called her “Gramma Sharon”.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Wenzel.

Sharon is survived by her daughters, Nicole Whitaker (Steve) of Corry and their children Chandler Burek and Amber Whitaker and Michelle Feath (Phillip) of North East, PA and their children, Jerry Banaag III, Aiden Walker, Mikeal Banaag, Joseph Feath, Joshua Banaag and Andrew Banaag; her sons, Nathan Gordon of Erie and his son Nicholas Gordon, Mark Gordon (Jennifer) of Albion and their children, Kaleigh Gordon, Kylie Gordon, Mark Gordon Jr., Nathan Gordon, Anthony Gordon and Allen Gordon, and Kyle Brine (Tammie) of Lake City, PA and their children, Dominic Criscione, Audrey Brine and Adeline Brine; and 4 Great Grandchildren. She’s further survived by her sisters, Sandra McDaniel and Karen Tromans both of Erie; her brother Allan Mitulski (Donna) of Erie; along with several nieces and nephews.

A Reception of Friends will be held at Burton Quinn Scott Cremation & Funeral Services Inc., Wintergreen, 2532 Norcross rd., Erie, PA on Saturday July 19, 2025 from 12:00 PM until time of Celebration of Life Service at 2:00 PM. Inurnment to follow in Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery.
