Sandra Kay Slupski

Sandra K. Slupski, age 67, of Tucson, AZ, formerly of Girard, passed away on Saturday June 6, 2026. She was born in Erie on September 24, 1958 daughter of the late Michael and Barbara Taylor Slupski.

She was a 1977 graduate of General McClane High School. She held various positions at Oakwood Café and Edinboro Elementary School before owning and operating Sandy's Greenhouse from 1996 until she moved to North Carolina in 2012 then Arizona in 2016 to be closer to family. She enjoyed farm life, dogs, cats, flowers, and her greenhouse business.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers: Joseph Paul Slupski in 1973, John Wayne Slupski in 1988, and Mike Slupski in 2019.

She is survived by four sisters: Cindy Erickson, JoAnne Ziegler, Vicky Lindberg, all of Tucson, AZ, and Barbara Lynn Chorney, of Raleigh, NC; one brother Chuck Slupski, of Springbridge, GA, and many nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to a funeral service on Thursday June 18 at 1pm at Burton Funeral Home Inc., 525 Main Street East, Girard. Burial in McLane Cemetery.
