Sandra Federoff

Sandra Federoff, age 92, of Erie passed away Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at Pleasant Ridge Manor. She was born November 23, 1933 in Erie the daughter of the late Michael and Anna Zavelev Federoff.

A lifelong resident of Erie, she was a graduate of East High School. Sandra belonged to the Russian Orthodox Church of the Nativity and was active in their Ladies Auxiliary. She was a former bank teller and later retired from the purchasing department of AMSCO.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Michelle DeBello; brothers, Tim and Steve Federoff and sisters, Gertrude Simon, Martha Davidow and Pearl Woznicki.

Sandra is survived by her children, Melanie Petroff of Erie; Eric Petroff of Erie, and Jennifer D’Alessandro and her husband John of Arlington, VA. Also surviving are several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call at the Russian Orthodox Church of the Nativity, 251 E. Front St. on Monday, January 12, 2026 from 8:30 am until 9:30 am at which time Funeral Services will be held. Burial will be in St. John the Divine cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Church’s Endowment Fund.
