Rusty A. Winkler

Rusty A. Winkler, 70, of Wattsburg, passed away Friday, October 16th, 2026, at his residence.

He was born in Erie, on November 18, 1955, a son to Donna (Foster) and the late Glenn Winkler Sr.

Rusty graduated from Harborcreek High School, class of 1973. He worked as a Journeyman Lineman for many years where he often traveled and did storm work for the Union. He loved fishing and spending time with his grandsons.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Shorty and Marty; as well as two sisters, Vicki and Roxanne.

Rusty is survived by his mother, Donna; his wife, Becki; their daughter, Shilo (Nick) and son, Josh (Hillary Jorgensen); as well as his grandsons, Wyatt and Dylan.

Private arrangements have been entrusted to Burton Quinn-Scott Cremation and Funeral Services, Wintergreen.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name may be made to the charity of your choice.
