Rosemary Elizabeth Petrone

Rosemary Elizabeth (Mastrey) Petrone, formerly of Millcreek Township passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at the Sarah Reed Senior Living Center. She was born on April 18, 1933 in Erie PA, the only child of Dominic (Peg) and Florence (Yochim) Mastrey.

Rosemary graduated from Millcreek High School in the class of 1951 and was employed at the US Department of Agriculture for twenty years and later Millcreek Township School District for twenty years, retiring in 1989. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Petrone in 2004.

Rosemary was a lifelong member of the Pennsylvania Association of School Retirees and the Millcreek Alumni Association. She attended St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church for many years.

Survivors include two daughters, Susan Stush and her husband Michael of Fairview PA and Sandra Eichner and her husband John of Hamburg NY. She is further survived by three grandchildren, Jacob Stush and Claire Eichner of Erie and Tess Eichner of Hamburg NY.

Friends are invited to call at the Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services Inc., West Ridge, 3801 W.26th St. on Saturday, May 2, 2026 from 10:00 am until time of Funeral Services at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in Calvary cemetery.
