Rose E. (Beezub) Fletcher Lewis, age 73, of Erie passed away Saturday, October 4, 2025 at LECOM at Elmwood Gardens. She was born in Union City, PA on June 6, 1952 the daughter of the late Stanley and Wanda (Oblinski) Beezub.
Rose graduated from college as a Licensed Practical Nurse and later worked in childcare at the Martin Luther King Center and the Erie YMCA.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers; Stanley, John, and Ronald Beezub; a stepson, Scott Lewis, along with her husband, Gilbert O. Lewis who died September 4, 2025.
Rose is survived by her two daughters; AlNisa Fletcher of Rochester, NY ; Munikita Fletcher of Durham, NC; and stepdaughter Kimberly Halstead (Wayne) of Coxs Creek, KY. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren, 8 step grandchildren,10 great-grandchildren, 10 step great-grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Rose’s Life on Saturday, October 18, 2025 from 11:00 am until 3:00pm at Mound Grove Golf Course, 10760 Donation Rd., Waterford, PA.
