Richard R. Loll, 78, of Fairview, passed away peacefully at home the evening of January 19, 2026.
He was born on January 31, 1947, to the late Robert and Elizabeth (Younko) Loll. Richard married his teenage sweetheart Carol (Vogt) on March 27, 1967. After graduating from Erie Technical School in 1965, he went on to work at and eventually own Custom Kitchens from 1965 until he retired in 2011.
Richard served in the US Army from September 1966 through September 1968, at Fort Hood, TX. While running a growing business and raising a family, Richard proudly served as a PA Game Commision Deputy for over 40 years and was awarded Deputy of the Year. He had many hobbies which included Woodworking, Carpentry, Hunting, Scuba diving, being a softball coach and definitely taking long vacations with Carol.
Richard is survived by his loving partner and wife of almost 59 years Carol, and leaves behind a large, very close family, daughters Colleen Loll and Tiffany Schwenk (Michael); grandchildren Daniel (Jenna) Rion, David (Emily) Rion, Tory Loll, Jesse (Cheyenne) Illig, Jamie (Nicholas) Ladner, Davin Schwenk; and his great-grandchildren Carmyn, Aiden, Dawson, Charlie, Vaerin and Caleb.
Friends may call at Burton Funeral Home, 525 Main Street Girard on Wednesday January 28, 2026 from 2:00pm until the time of service at 4:00pm. Inurnment in Fairview Cemetery at a later date.
