Richard Neal

Richard J. Neal, age 72, of Edinboro, passed away at Edinboro Manor on April 14, 2020.  He was born December 20, 1947, a son of the late James Tamplin and Willie Mae Neal.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Susan Marie Jones, and brothers, James Tamplin, Jr., David C. Neal and Dr. William V. McCoy.  Following Richard’s death, a brother, Edward Tamplin, of Erie also passed away.

Richard is survived by his sisters, Rosemary Gray, of Erie and Dr. Janet Dewart Bell, of New York, NY and a brother, Robert Tamplin, of Georgia.

Friends are invited to attend a graveside service at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at Lakeside Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the care of Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services West Ridge, 3803 W. 26^th St., Erie.
