Mark Tomlin

May 14, 1956 — September 14, 2021

Mark Serf Tomlin, 65, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, where he was surrounded by family who loved him both near and far.

Mark fought his short battle of stage 4 esophageal cancer with strength and his Russian Orthodox faith.  He was preceded in death by parents, Sylvester and Ana Mae Tomlin and his sister Janice.

Mark was born on May 14, 1956, in Erie, PA and was one of five children.  He was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force specializing in Electronic Warfare.  Mark was a people person, he always offered a helping hand to anyone in need.  He loved the outdoors with fishing being one of his favorite hobbies.  He enjoyed a good Mel Brooks movie, card game of Hand and Foot, or spending time in The Lost Continent of Kunark.

Mark is survived by his wife of 18 years, Dorian Tomlin who he loved dearly.  His children he loved and was so proud of; Steven & wife Rebecca Williamson-Tomlin, Yvonne & husband Glenn McClellan, Jacelin & wife Jennifer Sims, and Sydne Sims.  His siblings he cared very much for; Laurie & Tom Perschka, Kevin & Jaci Tomlin, and Gary & Mary Tomlin.  Mark was a proud "Jeddie" to five grandchildren who he loved unconditionally; Jessica, Kassandra, Vanessa, James, and Jacob.

"Good morning!" until we meet again.
