Lenor Anderson

LeNor “Inky” Anderson, age 74, of Millcreek, passed away Saturday January 7, 2017 at her residence following a lengthy illness.

She was born in Erie, June 9, 1942 daughter of the late Archie and Harriet Nelson Atkins.

LeNor graduated from East High School and was a homemaker all of her life caring for her husband, children and grandchildren. She enjoyed flowers and gardening, camping, liked to play bingo and loved knickknacks. “Inky” and her husband George are members of the Crusin’ Rods N Kustoms Car Club and enjoyed taking many rides and attending car shows in their custom cars.

In addition to her parents LeNor was preceded in death by two infant sons.

LeNor is survived by her husband of 54 years George Anderson, daughter Carrie of Erie , son Russell(Linda) of Erie and son LeRoy of Florida. She is further survived by six grandchildren, one great-grandson, an aunt LeNor Greene and brother-in-law Bob (Carol) Anderson.

Friends may call at the Burton Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 602 West 10th Street on Tuesday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm and attend the service there on Wednesday at 10:00 am.

Burial will follow in Erie Cemetery.
