On Tuesday May 3rd, 2022, Heaven gained an angel, Kimberly “Kimmy” Kay Nonte Brandt, 59, of Girard, Pennsylvania.

Kimberly was born in Beech Grove, Indianapolis, on March 12, 1963, to Ted and Brenda Nonte.

After graduating in 1981 from Concord High School, she continued her studies through Purdue University receiving her bachelor's degree in Social Services. Passionate about her work, she became a Program Specialist at the Barber National Institute. In the year 2014, Kimberly married her soulmate, Lamar Brandt, and would continue to build their lives together for the past twenty two years. Above all Kimberly was a proud mother to her son, Cody James Johnson, who was a blessing to her every day. She effortlessly filled every room she entered with sunshine. Kimberly enjoyed grilling and cooking with her husband and riding their motorcycle together. Her garden was a piece of paradise in their backyard where she took pride in her award winning sunflowers. Kimberly loved her family, especially her grandchildren, traveling, the beach and her cats. She was a devoted Catholic and was called to God where she was surrounded by her loving family. Kimberly Kay Nonte Brandt was a loving mother, daughter, sister, wife, grandmother, aunt and a dear friend whose smile and wonderful heart will be sincerely missed.

In addition to her parents, Kimberly is survived by her husband, Lamar Brandt; son, Cody and his wife, Kathleen Johnson; daughters, Nichole and Raquel Brandt; her grandchildren, David, Victoria, Samuel, Elliot, Ethan, Daniel and Weston; siblings, Kevin and Patsy Nonte, Tony and Laura Nonte, Mark and Kelly (Nonte) Dippold; nieces and nephews, Tasha, Brittney, Tyler, Austin, Luke, Justin, Josh, Lexi and Lily.
