Kathleen Degaris

Kathleen DeGaris, age 71, of Girard, passed away on Saturday November 19, 2022 at UPMC Hamot.

She was born in Ormond FL on October 1, 1951, a daughter of the late Daniel N and Sarah Patricia Seley Groover. 

Kathleen worked as an Office Manager for Manchester Presbyterian Lodge, but her greatest joy were her daughters.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Leigh D DeGaris.

Kathleen is survived by her daughters; Patricia Grant of NC, Libby Purchase of Cranesville PA, and Sarah DeGaris of Girard. She is further survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Services were private and held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to Burton Funeral Home, 525 Main St. Girard.
