John Rosenbaum - Condolences

Fr. Dan Kresinski

Dear Rosenbaum Family, I extend to you my prayerful sympathy on the death of John. I taught him (and brother-in-law, Tim) in freshman religion class at Cathedral Prep. I remember him as a good and pleasant student. He was born on the feast of the Annunciation of the Lord, when God became man for our salvation. "John" in Hebrew means "God is gracious". We commend him to God's loving mercy. "Rosenbaum" in German means "rose tree", reminding us that life has its beauty, but also its thorns, yet God is at our side. He enjoyed the sun; may eternal light shine upon him. And may God comfort and bless all of you. Fr. Dan Kresinski

George Blatt

Jim and the entire Rosenbaum family. I was saddened to read of John's passing. As a classmate of the Prep class of '77, I remember John as having a quiet and pleasant demeanor. He was always sincere in his interactions with his fellow classmates. I'm sure he will be missed by all who knew him. Know that John is resting in peace and has received his "wings." Sincerely, George Blatt
