John Laskey, Jr.

John P. Laskey, Jr., age 59, of Erie, passed away Sunday, April 11, 2021 at his residence.  He was born in Elyria OH on December 9, 1961, a son of the late Sara Ann and John K. Laskey.  John was employed as a CNC Operator at Graco High Pressure Equipment for 27 years, prior to his retirement in 2017.  He enjoyed hunting, music, playing the guitar and walking in the woods. 

John is survived by his wife Tammy Blodgett Laskey, and his children; Laura Laskey of Mount Union, PA, Phillip Laskey of Meadville, step son Edward(Christine)Szymanowski of Union City, and step daughter Makenzie Gates of Erie.  He is further survived by his siblings; Patricia Callahan, Karen (Jose) Laskey and Robert Callahan, all of Erie, and many grandchildren.

In keeping with John’s wishes, services were private and held at the convenience of the family.
