Frank Filipski

Frank Filipski, age 89, of Buffalo, NY, Erie, PA and Florida, passed away on Friday, March 24, 2023 surrounded by family.

He was born in Buffalo, NY on October 10, 1933, a son of the late Stanley and Helen Kwiatkowski Filipski.

Frank was a retired Buffalo police officer since 1985 and served in Navy during the Korean war.

Frank enjoyed music, playing the keyboard and spending time with his family.

Frank is survived by his children, Michael J. Filipski (Lisa) of Erie, Susan M. Lewis of VA, Jeffrey K. Filipski (Jean) and Sandra L. Filipski both of FL; brother Thomas Filipski, of Buffalo, NY.He is further survived by grandchildren Jennifer Smith, Jessica Grantello (Patrick), of Florida. Brandon (Kyle)and Marissa Lewis Binck(Matt) of Virginia, Aurora Filipski, of Colorado, and Ryan and Jenna Filipski both of Erie, PA along with five great granddaughters and several nieces and nephews.
