Barbara Jean Mark Graham

Obituary/Notice

Barbara Jean (Mark) Graham, 78, of Kent, OH, died on Saturday, November 12, 2022.  She was born on May 23, 1944 in Erie, PA to the late Miles and Elizabeth “Betty” Mark and was a 1962 graduate of Wesleyville High School. 

Barbara was employed with Weldon’s in Williamsport, PA until they relocated to Akron, OH.  She was later employed with JoAnn Fabrics and also was a child care aide at The Chapel in Akron for eight years.  She was a former member of Brown Street Baptist Church, Mogadore Baptist Church and The Chapel in Akron and a current member of Grace Baptist Church in Kent.

She enjoyed traveling with family, especially her late cousin, Hazel Ann Hubbard and loved to crochet gifts for her family and friends.

Barbara leaves her two daughters, Jane (Bob) Vetter of Noblesville, IN and Susan Graham of Kent, OH; two grandchildren, Graham and Chloe Vetter of Noblesville, IN and her former husband, George Graham.

Calling hours will be Thursday, November 17, 2022 from 5:00-8:00PM at Bissler and Sons Funeral Home, 628 W. Main St. Kent, OH 44240 and Sunday, November 20, 2022 from 1:00-3:00PM, at Burton Funeral Home, 525 Main St. E. Girard, PA 16417.  Funeral services will follow at 3:00PM on Sunday, at Burton Funeral Home.  Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery in Fairview, PA.
