Mary Schneider

Mary Schneider, age 74, of Girard, passed away on Monday December 30, 2024, at her home surrounded by her family.

She was born in Brookville, Pennsylvania on May 10, 1950, a daughter of the late Charles and Myrtle Walmer Kunselman.

Mary attended school in the Wattsburg Area School District. She worked at Plastek for 40 years until retirement. She enjoyed camping and loved her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Nancy Webb and Diane Szewczuk; her brother, Bob Kunselman and her half-brother, Howard Geer.

She is survived by her husband, Edward Schneider; sons, Dave Shearer (Julie), Tim Shearer (Karen) and Jeff Shearer (Lisi); daughter, Tonya Shearer; 15 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; siblings, Susie, Grace, Betty and Sam Kunselman.
