Margo Elizabeth Beiter

Margo Elizabeth Beiter, age 81, of Girard, passed away on September 22, 2024.

She was born in Meadville, Pennsylvania on January 24, 1943, a daughter of the late Edward and Margret Frisk Ensworth. 

Margo was a 1961 graduate of Meadville High School and went on to study at Meadville Nursing School. She worked as a Registered Nurse for 40 years, 25 years for Dr. Matthew’s office. She loved horses, both riding and going to shows. She was an avid and excellent hunter. She enjoyed boating, golfing, painting and going to camp Jamarike.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, John Ensworth and her sister, Kathy Ensworth.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, James Beiter; son Michael Beiter and his wife Charleen; two grandchildren, Bradley Beiter and his wife Bree, and Trevor Beiter and his wife Bry; three great grandchildren, Ben, Brooke and Bryson; and several nieces and nephews. She loved her family dearly.

Friends may call at the Burton Funeral Home, 525 Main Street Girard on September 25, 2024 from 3:00pm until the time of service at 7:00pm.
