Louis VanBuskirk

Louis VanBuskirk, age 80, of Erie, passed away on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at LECOM at Village Square. 

He was born in Erie on April 3, 1943 a son of the late George and Louise Noak VanBuskirk. 

Louis attended Strong Vincent High School.  He was employed at Perry Plastics for 10 years and then Seaway Aluminum for over 20 years. 

He enjoyed mashed potatoes and riding the bus. He especially loved attending family get-togethers and attending church.  He was a member of the Community United Church of Christ. 

In addition to his parents, Louis was preceded in death by his brother David VanBuskirk. 

Louis is survived by his sister-in-law Jeannie VanBuskirk; niece Paula VanBuskirk; nephew Scott VanBuskirk and a great-nephew Collin VanBuskirk.  

Friends may call on the family at Burton Quinn Scott Cremation & Funeral Services Inc., Downtown, 602 W. 10^th St., Erie on Saturday, October 7, 2023, from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon.
