Loretta Ann Weber

Loretta Ann Weber, age 67 of Wattsburg, passed away on August 30, 2026. Loretta was preceded in death by her parents, Jane and Leonard Komar, and her eldest sister, Janice Wilson. Loretta is survived by her son, Nathan (Ellen) Weber; her grandchildren, Willamena and Russell Weber; her siblings, Michael Komar, Steven Komar, Marialice (“Allie”) Pilewski and Matthew Komar; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Loretta was proud to raise her son, Nate and especially enjoyed watching him play baseball and taking him on family trips to Syracuse, NY – which the family visited this summer. Loretta was overjoyed to watch Nate grow up and become an exceptional parent with his partner, Ellen.

Loretta graduated from Seneca High School. She enjoyed working as a welder for many years and later went on to work as a dedicated caregiver. Following the birth of her beloved grandchildren, she devoted much of her time to caring for them; known affectionately as “Mamo” by Willa and Russ. She loved to do crafts, read and spend time outside with her grandchildren.

For many years, Loretta’s home was the place to be – for Nate and his friends to play as children, for lively Thanksgivings where everyone was welcome and there was always an abundance of leftovers to take home; and for countless meaningful moments of laughter and of tears. Loretta was kindhearted, creative and vivacious. She will be deeply missed.

Friends may call at Burton Quinn Scott Cremation & Funeral Services Inc. Wintergreen, 2532 Norcross Rd., Erie, PA on Thursday, September 3, 2026 from 2:00 PM until the time of service at 5:00 PM. A gathering of remembrance will be held at a later date.
