Lora Roberts 37, passed away unexpectedly, leaving behind a legacy of love, compassion and selflessness.

Lora graduated from Strong Vincent High School. Lora was a devoted mother, loving fiancé, who cherished her family members, and dear friends whose heart touched countless lives.

Lora dedicated her life to helping others, passionately advocating for the homeless, survivors of domestic abuse and anyone in need. She worked as a nurse’s aide for nearly a decade, spending much of her career at Presbyterian Homes and Manchester Commons. A natural caregiver, she loved her work and was pursuing her nursing degree. She also served as a former board member of Community of Caring and was honored as one of Mercy Center’s Alumni of the year. Above all, Lora loved her family.

She shared 14 years with the love of her life and fiancé Jeremy Harris, and treasured her children, Leeland Harris, Ethan Harris, Auna Roberts Aleah Roberts and Jeremy Harris Jr. She loved her many relatives and friends and made it her mission to ensure others felt seen, valued, and cared for.

Lora was preceded in death by her father, Dennis Roberts, and grandmother, Kathryn Petrosky.

She is survived by her mother, Brenda Gregory, father, Sean Gregorr, her beloved Fiancé, Jeremy Harris, her cherished children and countless relatives and friends whose heart will forever miss her.

Lora will be remembered for her enormous heart, unwavering compassion, and willingness to stand up for those who needed a voice. She was a hero to many, and the lives she touched will never be the same because of her love and kindness. Though her life was far too short her legacy will live on through her children, her community, and everyone fortunate enough to have known her. She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.

Friends may call at the Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services, Inc Wintergreen 2532 Norcross Rd, on Wednesday, October 14th from 12pm to 2pm and 5pm until the time of service at 7pm.

Memorials may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
