Linda Vaughn

Linda Vaughn, 72, of Erie, passed away on Saturday, August 9th, 2025, from complications with Muscular Dystrophy.

He was born in Erie on January 2, 1953, a daughter of the late John and Helen (Pherrin) Vaughn.

Linda attended McDowell High School. She worked for many years at various places including Microbac, the Muscular Dystrophy Association and the Barber National Institute. She found joy in making all kinds of bread for friends at St. Joe’s Apartments, where she lived. She also enjoyed making hats for premature babies at hospitals.

In addition to her parents, Linda is preceded in death by four brothers, John M. Vaughn, Gerald L. Vaughn, David Vaughn, and Randy L. Vaughn.

She is survived by two brothers, Clifford and Raymond Vaughn; a niece, Jessica Vaughn; as well as a nephew, Michael Vaughn.

Friends may call at Burton Quinn-Scott Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., West Ridge, 3801 W. 26th Street on Sunday, August 17th from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 5:00 to 7:00 pm and are invited to attend a funeral service there on Monday at 10:00 am. Burial to follow in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
