Kathleen Rider

Kathleen Rider, age 67, of Erie, passed away Friday, August 15, 2025, at UPMC Hamot Hospital. She was born in Corry, PA on June 9, 1958, to Charlotte, and the late Frank Hillman.

Kathleen loved going to fairs, she had her own craft businesses, making license plates and custom stuffed animals. She enjoyed the Game of Thrones series and got to fulfill her dreams of going to Ireland, and Wrigley Field.

Kathleen is survived by her husband, Scott, her mother Charlotte, her children, Danielle Magee (Dwayne), Shannon Rider (Dawn), and Lee Rider (Kristi). She is further survived by her grandchildren, Damon Magee, Gary Quinn, Dominique Magee, David Quinn, Mackenzie Wallace, Jace Wallace, Kyliauna Rider, Kamron Rider, and Emillia Rider. Kathleen is survived by a great grandson, Zachary Wallace, and her siblings, Bill Hillman, Ted Hillman, Cindy Steinhoff, Annette Amil, and Stephanie Hillman.

In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her siblings, Frank Hillman Jr, and Patricia.
