Kathleen Gannoe

Kathleen Gannoe, 67, of Erie was called to her heavenly home to be with her mother and her lord and savior Jesus Christ on October 12th, 2022. She passed away suddenly at UPMC Hamot, with family by her side.

She was born in Buffalo, NY on March 24th 1955, the only daughter of the late Russell and Pauline (Bella) Gannoe. 

Kathleen graduated from Academy High school, class of 1973.

After high school she was employed at Spectrum Control (API Technologies) in Fairview, PA for over 37 years, where she worked as an electromagnetic assembler. She retired from the company in late 2019.

Kathleen was blessed with a kind and generous heart. She loved the people in her life unconditionally. She was a loving mother and grandmother, who enjoyed going to any event they were involved in. In addition, she enjoyed doing puzzles, word searches, watching home improvement shows, going to concerts, and country music.

She was preceded in death by her son, Christopher Healy.

Kathleen is survived by her daughter, Erin Rex (Matthew); two grandchildren, Alison and Dylan Anderson all of Erie; four brothers, Larry Gannoe (Anne) of Erie, Darren Gannoe (Kim) of Waterford, Tracy Gannoe (Julie) of West Seneca, NY and Warren Gannoe; along with life-long friends and sisters in Christ, Nancy Barry (Michael) of Meadville PA, and Debbie Felice (Michael) of Breinigsville, PA. Kathleen is further survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
