Joseph A Calabrese

Joseph A. Calabrese, of Erie, PA, passed away peacefully on April 6, 2026 at the age of 94. He was born on April 8th, 1931 to Anthony and Mary Calabrese in Erie, PA.

After graduating from Erie Tech High School, Joseph entered the army where he became a draftsman engineer. Upon discharge, Joseph started his career at American Sterilizer, where he worked until retirement in 1993.

He married Ann DiNicloa in 1954, and together they shared 71 beautiful years. Joe loved his family, golfing, fly fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Ann: sons Graig (Laura), Gary (Linda), Joseph (Loretta) and daughter Amy (Dan) along with 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

The family invites all to share memories and celebrate a life well-lived prior to the funeral mass at 10:00am at Our Lady of Peace Church 2401 W 38th St, Erie, PA 16506 on April 25th. Mass of Chrisitan burial is at 11:30am.
