Jennifer Richardson

Jennifer L. Richardson, age 50, of Waterford, Pennsylvania, passed away unexpectedly at her residence on November 2, 2026.

She was born on June 4, 1976, in Erie, Pennsylvania, to the late William J. and Sharon (Potter) Hiles.

She was a graduate of Fort LeBoeuf High School, where she was active in volleyball and softball and into her adult life by playing in a volleyball club league. She went on to earn her bachelor's degree in early childhood development from Edinboro University.

Above all, Jennifer treasured her family and was a deeply dedicated, loving grandmother who cherished every moment spent with her grandchildren. She loved cheering on Megan as she played softball, spending time camping, and caring for her dogs, especially Bear.

In addition to her husband, John Richardson with whom she shared 27 loving years of marriage, she is survived by her three children and their families: Taylor Marzka and her husband, Travis, Austin Zeitler and his wife, Chloe, and Megan Richardson (Adam Brown); her grandchildren, Brayden, Kirk, Hattie, William, Braylynn, and Sutton; and her brother, William “Bill” Hiles and his wife, Kate. She is further survived by her mother-in-law, Janice Richardson and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends are invited to call at Burton Quinn Scott Cremation & Funeral Services, Inc. Downtown, 602 West 10th Street, on Friday, November 6, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Burial in Laurel Hill Cemetery.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
