Janice M. Gangemi

Janice M. (Tedesco) Gangemi, age 73, of Erie passed away November 12, 2025. She was born June 24, 1952, daughter of the late John and Joan (Young) Tedesco.

A loving grandmother known for her boundless energy and generous heart, Janice is survived by a daughter, Domini, and her husband Joshua, adoring grandchildren, and siblings Joanie, Jeanine, John and Joseph.

Janice was retired as a teacher with the Erie School District and could often be found on the golf course, enjoying the camaraderie of her fellow players, or at the card table where she hosted countless spirited games.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dominic C. Gangemi and a son, Joseph.

Per her wishes, services will be private. Memorials may be made to the Erie Playhouse, where she volunteered and enjoyed performances many Sunday afternoons over several decades of her life.
