Jacqueline Elaine Coleman age 86, of Erie and formerly of New Galilee, PA, passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2025 at Walnut Creek Senior Living.
She was born in Erie on January 25, 1940, and was the daughter of the late Jack Edward and Dorothy Katherine Baudau.
Jacqueline owned and operated Jackals Costume Shop for several years. She had a deep love for Elvis which she passed down to the next generation. She loved Christmas, she would spend alot time baking with her grandchildren ( kat and pj ) to prepare for the big holiday party she would throw with all of her children /step children and grandchildren. Eating, partaking in the festivities and playing games, laughing a snuggling .
Through a wrong number phone call she met the love of her life, Tomas E. Coleman. They fell in love and she became his nubbins and she moved to New Galilee, where her and tom enjoyed a life of travleing, fleemarketing, yard saleing and antiqueing. And rescueing animals for their green acre kind of farm with ducks, a goat, cats, and a pig. Where her grandchildren (kat and pj) spent there summers with them.
Once her grandchildren were grown she spent her time taking care of her cats and tom.
She enjoyed doing crafts, especially flower bouquets for friends and familys weddings.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Dianna Baudau snd her beloved husband and love of her life Thomas E. Coleman.
She is survived by her children, Patrick (Tammy) Dunn of Albion, Cindy (Tony) Dombrowski of Millcreek, Carol (Mark) Thompson of Millcreek and Kenneth (Sharon) Rearick of Dorr, MI and Edward George Coleman of Pittsburgh; her stepchildren, Howard Rearick, Dan (Terresa Rearick and John (Sandy) Rearick; 13 grandchildren and several great- grandchildren and a few great great grandchildren and one on the way.
Per Jacqueline’s wishes, services will be private and a celebration of Life will be held on a later date.
