Jackie Tupek

Jackie Tupek age 61, of Erie, passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at UPMC Hamot.

She was born in Erie on April 23, 1962, a daughter of Diana Buszek Johns and the late Richard Williamson, Sr.

Jackie graduated from Strong Vincent High School and went on to work at Erie Insurance for many years.

Jackie was a very loving and caring person. She loved children and enjoyed taking care of her home and garden. She also loved being the favorite aunt to all of her nieces and nephews.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by Rev. Harry Johns III, her husband, Mark Tupek; her loving partner, Robert “Bob” Ruscitto; and her brother, Richard Williamson, Jr.

She is survived by her mother, Diana Buszek Johns of Erie; 8 siblings, Sharon Young (Kevin) of Buffalo, NY, Jeffrey Williamson (Pamela) of Erie, Bryan Williamson (Lori) of Erie, Ericka Neiner (Jim) of Midlothian, VA, Jenny Johns (Doug) of Erie, Ellie Johns Kelley (Eric) of Carmichael, PA, Harry Johns IV (Becca) of Delaware, OH and Shana Heckle (Will) of Columbus, OH; two children, Anthony P. Tupek (Stacy) and Mark R. Tupek Jr. (Nicole) both of Erie; 5 grandchildren, Alivia Bean, Adalynn, Aaron, Ashton and Alice Tupek; 3 uncles; and many nieces and nephews, a great niece and nephew and many loving friends.

Friends may call at the Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services, West Ridge 3801 W. 26th Street, on Saturday from 1:00 pm until a time of sharing at 4:00 p.m.
