Ines Kienholz

     Ines M. Villegas-Vizcaya Kienholz "Mariela", 58, died unexpectedly on Thursday, June 7, 2018, at her home in Erie.  She was born on May 22, 1960, in Caracas, Venezuela, daughter of Martin and Pastora Villegas.  She graduated from high school and college in Venezuela where she majored in acting and journalism.  Ines worked as a personal care aid for Heartfelt Home Health and assisted with the Aging Program at the Multicultural Community Resource Center in Erie. She was active in her prayer group and devoted her life to humanitarian aid in Venezuela.
     She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sasha Lynn Kienholz in 1997.
     In addition to her parents of Venezuela, survivors include a son, Logan Christopher Kienholz of Tampa, FL; her sister, Ivonne A. Villegas-Vizcaya of Erie; and her former husband and friend, Mark Kienholz of Erie.  She is further survived by five siblings and numerous nieces and nephews in Venezuela.
     Friends may call at the Scott Funeral Home, 2104 Myrtle Street, Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. with a Time of Sharing taking place at 7 p.m.
