Georgiann Tressler

Georgiann Moles Tressler, age 73, of Girard, passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at her daughter’s residence surrounded by her immediate family.

She was born in Erie on June 16, 1943, a daughter of the late George Allen and Norma Viola Turnwall Moles.

Georgiann graduated from McDowell High School. She worked as a dispatcher at Cablevision and was most recently a home health care aide at Home Instead.

She was a member of the Erie Cage Bird Club and enjoyed taking care of her bird Lolita.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Bruce Moles.

Georgiann is survived by her children: Deborah Reilly and her husband Steven of Harborcreek, Richard McHenry and his wife Jane of Fairview, and Sharann McHenry and Charles Mann of Erie; her siblings: John Moles of Pleasantville, Tom Moles of McKean, George Moles and his wife Mary of Millcreek, Gary Moles and his husband Rob of Edinboro. She is further survived by 11 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Burton Funeral Home, 525 Main St. East in Girard on Saturday from 10 until the time of the prayer service at 11 am. Inurnment to immediately follow at Fairview Cemetery.
