George A. Elliott, 68, of Erie, died on Wednesday, January 10, 2018, at UPMC Hamot. He was born on March 16, 1949, in Erie, son of the late Vernon Homer and Catherine Grace Kernick Elliott.
A 1968 graduate of Tech Memorial High School, he worked for Seaway Manufacturing and GTE. George was a member of the U.S. Chess Club and the National Association for Amateur Radio.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, David Elliott.
Survivors include many close friends including Howard Krack and Lorie Facchiano both of Erie, and Jim and Millie Kelly of Jamestown, Pa.
