Frank Newton Bull, 82, of Clymer, New York, passed away peacefully on February 10, 2026, at Corry Manor following a brief illness.
Frank was born on October 11, 1943, in Corry, PA, to Arden John and Hazel Marie Johnson Bull. After graduating from Corry High School, he began his career as a meat cutter at Stockton Meats before proudly serving four years in the United States Air Force.
Following his military service, Frank worked in the electronics field for Kodak, Motorola, Martin Marietta, and American Sterilizer. Eventually, he returned to the work he loved most, serving as a butcher. Over the years, he brought his skill and dedication to Super Duper, Loblaws, Bart’s Beef, Quality Markets, Walmart, Piggly Wiggly, and the Hilton Hotels & Resorts, working in Erie, Pittsburgh, Fort Walton Beach, and Panama City Beach Florida.
In retirement, Frank enjoyed attending auctions, reading books and magazines, helping his Amish neighbors with rides and daily needs, and supporting local businesses in Clymer. He was known for his effortless ability to connect with others. He engaged in conversation with genuine interest, sharp humor and thoughtful insight. He made everyone he spoke with feel appreciated and valued.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Robert (Shirley) Bull; and his sisters, Helen (Walter) Ward and Mary (Lyle) Shannon.
He is survived by his wife, Pegeen Bull; his first wife, Carolyn (Brundage) Sanford; his children, Jeremiah (Jackie) Bull and Sarah (Kat Dolan) Bull; and his three grandchildren, Jabin, Jailyn, and Jenna, along with several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to visitation on Saturday, February 28, at 10:00 a.m. at Lakewood United Methodist Church at 3856 West 10th Street in Erie, PA. A service to honor Frank will be held at 11:00 a.m. All are welcome to join the family afterward for a luncheon at the church.
