Born on October 10th, 2025 gained her angel wings on July 11th, 2026.

She was born to Hailie Jade Mensak and Kaleb Andrew Dewayne Scott. Although her life was short she brought light to our lives.

She is survived by her parents. Maternal Grandmother Tammy Fetty and Maternal Grandfather Ross Mensak ( Amanda Murray) and Paternal Grandmother Penny Scott. She is also survived by maternal aunts Raven Paul, Gabriella Hendrick, and Nadua Ion, and uncle AJ Beere. As well as survived by her paternal aunts Destinie Duncan and Airyana McCaffery as well as an uncle Marcus Duncan. She is also survived by many great aunts uncles and cousins.

She is proceeded in death by her paternal great great grandmother Olive Ruth Hanna Phillips and her paternal great aunt Ruth Nagare and great Uncle Larry and great Uncle Jerry as well as her maternal great grandmother Edith Kisner and great grandmother Judy Knapp and great grandfather John Mohney and great great grandmother Carmen Holubis and Great Great grandfather John Holubis. She will always be loved and cherished by her family, God families and loved ones.
