Donna Rapp

Donna Rapp, age 88, of Erie, passed away January 1, 2025, at UPMC Hamot Hospital. She was born in Rimmersburg, PA, December 21, 1936, daughter of the late Lou and Dorothy Hoffman Lazzarine.

Dona was a graduate of Strong Vincent High School and worked as a secretary for the Millcreek Township Engineering Department. She attended First United Methodist Church. Donna had many friends and enjoyed meeting with her retired group of friends from the township. Her dogs and cats held a special place in her heart.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Joe Rapp.

Donna is survived by her son, Tony Rapp, of Erie; granddaughters, Beth Mamau and Kristin Rapp, as well as her brother, Jack Lazzarine, of Rimmersburg, PA.

Memorials in Donna’s name can be made to Orphan Angels Cat Sanctuary, 5439 West Lake Road, Erie, PA 16505.
