Donald Stack

Donald S. Stack, age 52, passed away at home surrounded by his family on Friday, June 20, 2025, from an extended illness.

He was born on February 28, 1973, in Youngstown, Ohio, to Sharyn Goist Stack and the late Donald E. Stack.

Don graduated from Canfield High School and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Community Health from Ohio State University. He served as a driver for various companies, including Presque Isle Downs & Casino and, most recently, Amazon.

Don was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan and a dedicated supporter of Cleveland sports. He loved his friends and family and will remain beloved by many. One of his favorite places to visit was Key West.

He leaves behind to cherish him in memory, his mother, Sharyn Common; sister, Michele Reed (husband Brian) and two nieces, Kathleen Reed (husband Harold Johnson) and Sarah Reed. He is further survived by his dear friends: Kirsten McCain, Dr. James Solmen and Jaime Neapolitan and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Burton Quinn Scott Cremation & Funeral Services Inc. Downtown, 602 West 10th Street, Erie, Pennsylvania 16502.

A Celebration of Life for Don will take place later this year.
