Diana M. Coy, age 89, of Erie, formerly of San Antonio died peacefully on Thursday April 30, 2026. She was born in Coffeyville, Kansas, a daughter of the late Delmar and Sally Adcock Balitz.

She graduated from Field Kindley Memorial High School in 1954 in Coffeyville. Following her graduation, she pursued further education at Mar Junior College in Corpus Christi, Texas, where she laid her TX foundation, a state that became central to her personal and professional journey. In 1985, she relocated to San Antonio TX where she was employed by HEB Grocery Co, where she dedicated 29 years of service. After retirement she worked various part time jobs until 2018 when she moved to Erie, PA to be near her daughter, Becky. She found a welcoming community at Brevillier Village.

Diana was an active member of AHUMC in San Antonio and took pride in her involvement with the Aransas Pass OES Chapter 162. She is the past president of the HEB Senior Partners Club, where she forged lasting connections and friendships.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Coy, her daughter Rebecca Humphrey and her brother Delmar Balitz.

Diana is survived by her son-in-law, Mitch Humphrey and grandchildren: Walker (Emily) and William Humphrey and niece Roxanne Balitz of Corpus Christi.

Services are private, burial in Mission Park North at Dominion, San Antonio, TX. Memorials may be made to Christian Assistance Ministry, 110 McCullough, San Antonio, TX 78251.
