David Zaczyk, age 62, passed away Monday, April 20, 2026.
He was born in Erie, PA on March 12, 1964, to Lawrence Zaczyk, Sr. and the late Julie Zaczyk.
Dave was very generous, always thinking about others’ needs before his own. After graduating from McDowell, he worked as a toolmaker at several shops in the Erie area. An avid Cleveland Browns fan, he enjoyed spending his time at the local casino, Foresters Club and Holy Trinity Club.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his sisters: Kathleen Hamilton (James), Margaret Brocki (Kevin), Linda Zaczyk (Matt Deniziak), brother Lawrence Zaczyk, Jr. and 6 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers we ask that you honor David’s memory in your own way.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Burton Funeral Home, 525 Main Street E., Girard, PA 16417.
