Chace Numata, age 27 of Pearl City, HI, passed away at UPMC Hamot on September 2, 2019 as a result of a skateboarding accident.
He was born August 14, 1992 in Ewa Beach, HI, a son of Cheryl Lei and Nathan Numata.
Chace was a professional athlete, and played for the Erie Seawolves, Erie, PA at the time of his passing.
Services will be held in Hawaii.
Local arrangements entrusted to Burton Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 602 West 10th Street.
