Carol A. Snippert

Carol A. Ballman Snippert, age 86, of Erie, passed away on Saturday, February 21, 2026. She was born in Erie on August 14, 1939 to the late Arthur and Alice Doering Ballman.

She attended Academy High School and worked for Little Anthony’s Pizzeria for over 15 years. She also was employed at Country Fair, and Clifton Automatic. She was a member of Siebenbuerger Club, Siebenbuerger Singing Society, Maennerchor Club, Maennerchor Singers, the Polish Falcons, PNA Club and the Erie Guild of Craftsmen.

In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her husband Richard; daughter, Kimberly Snippert, and siblings: June Fuhrman, Eugene and Richard Ballman.

She is survived by her sisters: Donna Vaughn and Bonnie Powell along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends may call at Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services Inc. West Ridge 3801 West 26th St. on Thursday February 26, 2026 from 11:00 AM to time of service there at 1:00 PM officiated by Rev. Ralph Mineo of St. John’s Lutheran Church. Entombment in Erie County Memorial Gardens.
