Carol Sykes Noble

Carol Sykes Noble, 72, of Erie, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 4, 2026. She was born on December 29, 1953, in Erie, Pennsylvania, to the late Earnest Sykes and Jessie Mae Noble. 

Carol was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and cherished member of her family. She will be remembered for the love she gave, the strength she carried, and the special place she held in the hearts of those who knew her. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ernest Sykes and Jessie Mae Noble; her sisters, Emma Jean Forbes and Maebelle Forbes; and her son, Carl Keith Barnes. She is survived by her children, Jajuan Stevens, Alena Noble, Wilbert Noble, Ernest Noble, Kadeya Noble, and Jalana Barnes; her grandchildren; her siblings, Carl Noble, Danny Noble, Brenda Tate, Debra Williamson, Gigi Noble, Jerry Dickinson and Thea Noble; godchildren, Euraina Charity and Andre Crockett; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and loved ones who will forever cherish her memory.
