Candice Felege

Candice Lee Felege age 71 of Girard, went to be with her loving Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Monday November, 28, 2022.

She was born in Erie, on January 24, 1951 a daughter of the late Robert “Red” and Harriet Taylor Donahue.

Candy was a 1968 graduate of Rice Avenue Union High School and had owned Candice Lee Stitchery in Girard for many years. She was a member of Girard Alliance Church and loved photography. Candy enjoyed membership to the Photographic Arts Society of Northwestern Pennsylvania (PASNWPA) and the Erie Photography Club. She also enjoyed gardening and was a member of Elk Valley Garden Club. Her family and friends meant the world to her. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 52 years William “Bill” Felege: two sons, Jeremy  R. Felege of Cedar Falls, IA and Jason R. Felege, of Milwaukee, WI; Step-Mother Donna Donahue; Sisters: Debbie (Eric) Lathrop; Pan (Jim) Jankowiak; Stepfather Tom LaQue and sisters: Kim Patton and Shelly (Mike) Cole, who with love welcomed Candy into their families. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Services were held at the convenience of the family and arrangements were entrusted to the Burton Funeral Home, 525 Main St. East, Girard.
